2017-2023 Honda Civic Type-R and 2018-2022 Honda Accord 2.0T Downpipe Gasket by PRL Motorsports
Replacement gasket for our 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R, 2018+ Honda Accord 2.0L Turbo & 2019 – 2020 Acura RDX 2.0L Turbo Downpipe. (May fit other manufacturers’ 3″ downpipes).
Each gasket is stamped from KLINGER™ GRAPHITE LAMINATE SLS, which offers excellent sealing properties for flanges throughout a wide variety of temperatures.
Features
- Especially suitable for weak flanges at high temperatures up to 450°C
- The gasket material consists of expanded layers of graphite, which are stuck to a 0.05mm thin smooth sheet metal foil made of 1.4401
- The adhesive layer is applied via a precisely controlled process, wich makes it possible to keep the amount of adhesive below 1% of the amount of graphite to ensure uniform distribution
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Excellent high temperature resistance
- Provides excellent adaptability to any sealing surface
- Stable physical properties over the whole temperature range
